Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be informed in writing or by call to +91 95253 11777. Charges are calculated from the date we receive your cancellation request.

| More than 30 days before departure | 10% of tour cost |
| 30 – 15 days before departure | 25% of tour cost |
| 14 – 8 days before departure | 50% of tour cost |
| 7 days or less / no-show | 100% of tour cost |
Non-refundable components such as train/flight tickets, temple darshan passes and hotel advance payments are deducted separately. Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.
